The most distinguishing thing in this children's book is having end rhymes. Most rhymes are on the even sentences. Moreover, there are many repeated sentences. And through the two tricks, children can learn many things' names like rake, tail, fan, and gown. The description  of the two tricks are mimic. Lastly, the most interesting thing in this book is the end. In the end, the boy throws a question to the readers. He asks readers what we would do if mom asks us what happened when she was not home. And you know if you tell the truth, mom may get angry. So "what would you do if your mother asked you?"

To be honest, as a children's book, it is not so funny. However, it is a good way to make children understand the story in Bible which I think is quite important because Bible is a part of western culture and religion. The pictures in this book look peaceful. Just like the people's impression of God. The colors are light and the faces on the character are calm. There is one interesting thing is that there are many pictures of animals.
